Responsibilities Manage daily rental operations, including leasing, inventory management, and maintenance coordination Lead outside sales efforts to attract new clients and expand rental opportunities through proactive outreach and public speaking engagements Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining rental terms, and guiding clients through the leasing process Oversee inventory control to ensure accurate tracking of rental units, supplies, and equipment Conduct marketing activities to promote available rentals via various channels, including digital platforms and community events Maintain detailed records using Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, reporting, and administrative purposes Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate lease agreements and resolve client concerns effectively Experience Proven experience in sales management or retail sales with a focus on customer service excellence Demonstrated success in outside sales or public speaking roles to engage diverse audiences Familiarity with inventory management systems and inventory control procedures Strong organizational skills with tasks such as data entry and record keeping or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and marketing tools to support operational efficiency Excellent phone etiquette, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Join us as a Rental Operations and Sales Manager and become a vital part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while driving business growth.
