Rental Fleet Operations Associate

Fleet Associate role supporting daily vehicle operations at busy rental locations. Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle check-in and check-out , conducting basic vehicle inspections , and ensuring vehicles are clean, safe, and rental-ready . You will monitor and update fleet status , track vehicle availability, and help balance inventory by relocating vehicles as needed . The role also requires close collaboration with operations and customer service teams, along with maintaining accurate records . Qualifications & Skills Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety Customer-focused and able to perform in a fast-paced environment Comfortable completing hands-on inspections and basic vehicle condition checks Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate fleet records Ability to coordinate with teams and respond to fleet availability needs
