Rental Coordinator / Dispatcher – Full-Time
Insurance Car RentalAbout us Insurance Car Rental provides replacement vehicles for customers whose cars are being repaired after an insurance claim. We work closely with insurance companies, body shops, and customers across the GTA. What you’ll do Set up rentals with customers, body shops, and insurance companies Call customers to arrange deliveries, returns, and answer questions about rentals or insurance claims Dispatch drivers: confirm customer locations and schedule deliveries and pickups Coordinate vehicle transfers with our other locations Track vehicles being sold through auction and keep that process moving Be available by phone after hours to support drivers and set up urgent rentals What we’re looking for Strong customer service skills Clear, confident communication on the phone and by email Good computer skills and comfort learning several software systems Valid full G licence Organized and able to manage many tasks at once Insurance, rental, or body shop experience is an asset How to apply Send your resume through Indeed or message us directly.
