Techgene Solutions is seeking an SAP SCM Inventory Management Lead/Head to lead inventory processes and SAP implementation and optimization initiatives. The role focuses on inventory planning and execution, SAP module integration, process improvement, and leadership of functional consultants and cross-functional teams.

• Lead SAP SCM Inventory Management functions, including inventory planning, stock management, goods movements, and inventory reconciliation
• Manage SAP MM (Materials Management) and inventory-related processes across procurement, warehousing, and supply chain operations
• Oversee SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA inventory management implementations, enhancements, and support activities
• Drive integration between SAP MM, SAP WM/EWM, SAP SD, and other relevant SAP modules
• Define inventory management strategies, policies, and best practices to improve stock accuracy and operational efficiency
• Manage stock transfers, physical inventory, cycle counting, batch management, and valuation processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver SAP solutions
• Lead a team of SAP functional consultants and coordinate with cross-functional supply chain teams
• Identify process improvements, resolve complex inventory issues, and support business transformation initiatives
Skills
• 10–12+ years of experience in SAP SCM and inventory management
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM and Inventory Management (IM)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC
• Knowledge of goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, physical inventory, and inventory valuation
• Experience integrating SAP MM with SAP WM/EWM, SD, and procurement processes
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and warehouse operations
• Experience leading SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or support projects
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
• SAP S/4HANA certification in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Experience with SAP EWM, warehouse automation, or advanced inventory planning
• Exposure to SAP Fiori, master data governance, and supply chain reporting
• Experience managing global inventory operations and large-scale SAP transformation projects
