ent, requirements discovery, fit-to-standard analysis, process harmonization, and future-state design for PP and QM
• Plan and facilitate cross-functional design workshops; document outcomes, process flows, key design decisions, gaps, actions, risks, and dependencies
• Own the PP/QM workstream solution integrity and provide clear recommendations that balance business value, usability, standard SAP capabilities, and transformation objectives
• Partner with business leaders, manufacturing operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, IT, and implementation teams to secure alignment and timely decisions
Skills
• 10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with deep hands-on expertise in SAP PP and QM; experience level may be calibrated to the organization's role framework
• Demonstrated leadership on at least two SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, or transformation programs across design, build, testing, cutover, and stabilization
• Solid manufacturing process expertise in complex discrete manufacturing, with the ability to connect business operations to SAP process and configuration decisions
• Hands-on knowledge of PP master data, planning, production execution, capacity, order management, confirmations, material movements, and manufacturing integration
• Hands-on knowledge of QM master data and core processes, including inspections, results recording, usage decisions, defects, notifications, certificates, and quality analytics
• Practical experience integrating SAP PP with MES or shop-floor systems and managing functional requirements for bidirectional production execution interfaces
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, requirements analysis, decision framing, conflict resolution, written communication, and executive-level presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively across business, functional, technical, data, testing, change, and global delivery teams
