Remote Overnight Healthcare Dispatcher Location: Remote (Must reside in California or Idaho) Schedule: Overnight Shift About Us We are a growing business to business healthcare operations company that coordinates mobile diagnostic services throughout California, Nevada & expanding to surrounding states. Our team supports mobile X-ray, ultrasound, EKG, and laboratory professionals who provide care directly to patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare & home health settings. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Healthcare Dispatcher to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating field technicians, managing incoming service requests, and ensuring timely patient care services throughout the night. Responsibilities Receive and process incoming service requests from healthcare facilities Schedule and dispatch mobile healthcare technicians throughout California and Nevada Prioritize urgent and STAT requests while balancing existing workloads Monitor technician schedules and route efficiency Coordinate with healthcare facilities, nursing staff, and field personnel Communicate schedule updates and service delays professionally Document requests accurately in multiple software systems Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues independently Escalate critical situations when necessary Qualifications Previous dispatching, scheduling, healthcare coordination, customer service, logistics experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands Comfortable working independently during overnight hours Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly Reliable internet connection and home office workspace Preferred Qualifications Healthcare scheduling or healthcare operations experience Experience dispatching field personnel Familiarity with California and Nevada geography is a plus, but we have maps Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently What We Offer Fully remote position Paid training Supportive team environment Growth opportunities within a growing healthcare services company Meaningful work supporting patient care If you work well in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, can remain calm under pressure, and are looking for overnight work, we encourage you to apply.
