Remote OTR CDL-A Driver Recruiter Company: AFF Holding Job Type: Remote – Full-Time Location: Minnesota (Remote) Compensation: Commission-Based (Paid Per Successfully Hired Driver) Job Overview AFF Holding is looking for experienced OTR CDL-A Driver Recruiters to join our team remotely. We are looking for motivated, responsible, and organized individuals who already have experience recruiting CDL-A truck drivers in the United States. Previous CDL-A driver recruiting experience is required. This is not an entry-level position. We provide driver leads, recruiting tools, and the information needed to explain our driving positions. However, applicants must already understand the trucking recruitment process and be able to work independently without basic recruiting training. Responsibilities Contact driver leads provided by the company through phone calls, text messages, and other communication channels. Follow up with interested drivers and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process. Explain available OTR driving positions, pay rates, equipment, deductions, home time, and company policies. Screen CDL-A drivers to make sure they meet company and insurance requirements. Verify drivers' CDL-A experience, employment history, and driving qualifications. Review Motor Vehicle Records (MVR), Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) reports, FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse results, and criminal background reports through authorized company procedures. Identify potential issues such as accidents, violations, employment gaps, or disqualifying records. Assist drivers with applications, required documents, and background check authorization. Coordinate drug testing, orientation, road tests, and driver arrival with the hiring team. Keep accurate driver information, recruiting records, and application statuses in company systems. Communicate with management and provide regular updates on driver applications and hiring progress. Follow up with drivers until they successfully complete the hiring process. Requirements Previous experience recruiting OTR CDL-A truck drivers in the United States is mandatory. Strong knowledge of the U.S. trucking industry and CDL-A hiring requirements. Experience screening MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, and background check reports. Understanding of driver qualification standards and insurance requirements. Ability to identify qualified and unqualified drivers before moving forward with applications. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong phone communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple driver applications at the same time. Experience using recruiting software, applicant tracking systems, or CRM tools. Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities without constant supervision.
