We’re a growing liquid soap and personal care manufacturer looking for a remote production planner to own our schedule and MRP in Acumatica. This is a full-time, long-term role working daily with our operations, production, and purchasing team. $500+/week depending on experience.

production schedule across 5 manufacturing lines
- Run MRP in Acumatica and keep it clean: accurate items, - BOMs, lead times, and vendors
- Meet regularly with our team to set and adjust safety stock and lot sizes
- Review open orders and fit issues into the schedule
- Recommend purchase orders for approval so we never stock out of components
- Join team meetings, communicate schedule changes clearly, and flag problems early with a proposed solution
Requirements:
- Hands-on Acumatica experience is required. Applicants without it will not be considered.
- 3+ years in manufacturing planning or scheduling
- Strong understanding of MRP, BOMs, lead times, capacity, and inventory
- Available at least 9am–2pm US Central time for meetings and real-time updates
- Clear, proactive English communication and comfort on video calls with the team
