Remote Inventory Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Inventory Estimator to manage inventory records, estimate material requirements, monitor stock levels, and support purchasing and project planning activities. The successful candidate will work with inventory, procurement, operations and project management teams to ensure that materials, equipment and supplies are available when needed while maintaining cost efficiency and accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records. Prepare material cost estimates and inventory reports. Track incoming and outgoing materials and equipment. Compare supplier quotations and pricing. Assist with purchase orders and procurement activities. Maintain spreadsheets and inventory management databases. Coordinate with warehouse personnel, suppliers and project managers. Identify inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports. Ensure accurate documentation of inventory transactions. Qualifications and Requirements Experience in inventory management, estimating, procurement or warehouse administration is an advantage. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of inventory management software is an advantage.
