Location: Remote (US-Based) Software Systems: Housecall Pro & Integrated Lead Platforms Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time About the Role RK Mechanical Air Services Inc. is looking for a sharp, high-energy Remote HVAC Dispatch & Lead Coordinator . In this role, you will be the absolute heartbeat of our front-end operations. You are the vital link between incoming digital leads, active field technicians, and finalized sales. Operating completely within Housecall Pro and our third-party lead networks, your mission is simple: secure the lead instantly, optimize the dispatch calendar, and aggressively follow up on outstanding quotes to turn inquiries into revenue. Core Responsibilities Immediate Lead Capture: Monitor and instantly engage incoming leads from platforms like Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp, and Google Local Services to ensure ultra-low response times. Smart Scheduling & Dispatch: Build, manage, and optimize multi-technician schedules inside Housecall Pro , matching client needs with the correct tech's availability and geographic location. Sales Pipeline Follow-Up: Actively review open estimates, unapproved quotes, and old leads within Housecall Pro, following up with customers via phone, text, or email to push sales over the finish line. Data Integrity: Maintain flawless customer profiles, tracking tags, and job records, keeping internal notes clear for our field crew. Client Advocacy: Provide a warm, clear, and reassuring first point of contact for homeowners experiencing urgent heating or cooling issues. Qualifications & Requirements Proven Platform Experience: 1+ years of direct experience operating inside Housecall Pro or a closely related home services CRM (e.g., ServiceTitan). Lead Savvy: Demonstrable experience triaging and closing inbound leads through digital home service aggregator networks. HVAC/Trade Fluency: At least 1 year of dispatching or client support experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades. You must know how to talk the talk. Closing Instinct: Comfortable checking back in with old leads, negotiating minor barriers, and using structured scripts to win back passive estimates. Technical Setup: A dedicated, distraction-free home office setup equipped with a high-speed internet connection, a capable computer, and a clear-sounding headset. Pay: $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 60.0 per week Work Location: Remote
