Key Responsibilities:
• Manage freight from planning through final delivery
• Coordinate time-sensitive shipments for global events
• Liaise with clients, provide updates, and solve challenges
• Negotiate with carriers and align shipments with customs regulations
• Prepare documentation, manage billing, and organize project files
Requirements:
• Five or more years in freight forwarding
• Experience with Canadian and United States customs clearance
• Ability to manage high-pressure timelines and high-stakes clients
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and documentation management skills
