This is a remote 1099 independent contractor opportunity , not a salaried or hourly employee position. You determine when and where you work. Your compensation is performance-based, so there is no preset cap on commissions. COMPENSATION Recruiters earn commissions for successful driver hires. Typically $500–$1,000 commission per qualified hire , depending on the available position/account Additional performance bonuses may be available No preset commission ceiling Advancement opportunities available after establishing a proven performance record Leadership-level opportunities may provide additional earning potential This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity.
