Remote Dispatching Assistant to the General Manager Bark & Mane Mobile

Benefits: 401(k) Bonus based on performance Training & development Bark & Mane Mobile Pet Grooming is looking for an organized, dependable Dispatching Assistant to support the General Manager and our North Central Naples and Bonita Springs team. This role helps coordinate daily scheduling, client communication, and lead follow-up for our mobile grooming team. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager with daily dispatching and scheduling Reach out promptly to new leads by phone, text, and online platforms Answer questions, follow up with prospective clients, and convert leads into booked appointments while meeting the company’s expected conversion rate Gather client and pet details and help schedule grooming appointments Update appointment information and client records in our scheduling system Help coordinate groomer schedules, service areas, and travel time Send appointment confirmations and updates Follow up with clients after appointments and help with rebooking Keep accurate notes and share important pet or appointment details Attend occasional company events Required qualifications Previous experience in the pet grooming industry Knowledge of dog and cat breeds and common grooming services Customer service background Reliability and excellent communication skills are essential Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, email, and text Able to manage changing priorities professionally Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Reliable internet and a quiet place to work Able to complete 2–3 months of in-person training in Cape Coral to learn our systems and business A plus Knowledge of the Naples and Bonita Springs area Position details Full-time position supporting our North Central Naples and Bonita Springs service area Remote after successful completion of the initial in-person training Compensation based on experience Start date to be determined Drug test and criminal background check will be conducted To apply, please send your résumé and a brief note about your grooming industry and customer service experience Flexible work from home options available.
