Through an enterprise-level contract with a major national carrier, we are able to provide labels at rates that are consistently below what most businesses pay through standard commercial accounts. The savings are real, the pitch is simple, and the demand is there.

 

We are looking for a driven and articulate B2B Sales Representative to join our team on a remote, full-time basis. This is a high-volume outbound cold calling role. You will be picking up the phone and calling business owners and decision-makers every day — if that energizes you rather than intimidates you, we want to hear from you

 

Strong performers who close consistently can expect to earn $1,500 to $2,500 USD per month or more in total compensation. This is not a passive salaried role — it rewards people who are motivated, persistent, and results-driven.

 

This role has a clear path to Sales Manager for the right candidate as we grow the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-maker

- Identify and research businesses that ship regularly, including e-commerce retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and Amazon sellers

- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using tools such as Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or LinkedIn- Present our cost-saving value proposition clearly and confidently

- Follow up persistently across multiple touchpoints including calls and email

- Log all activity and outcomes accurately in our CRM system

- Submit weekly performance reports covering calls made, connections, appointments booked, and deals closed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Fluent, professional English with a clear speaking voice

- Minimum 1-2 years of outbound B2B cold calling experience specifically

- Demonstrated ability to research and build prospect lists independently

- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead generation tools

- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for calls

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without close supervision

- Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain a positive, persistent attitude

 

Candidates with prior experience supervising or mentoring other sales staff will be considered for an accelerated path into a leadership role.

COMPENSATION

- Base salary: $500-$700 USD per month

- Commission: $50-$300 USD per closed deal depending on deal size

- Top performers realistically earning $2000-$3000 USD per month with base and commission

- Monthly performance bonuses for hitting targets

- All compensation paid in USD

- Sales Manager opportunity available within 3-6 months for top performers, with significant increase in total compensation
