Registered Massage Therapist (FULL CASE LOAD AVAILABLE)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. The Massage Therapist will play a vital role in enhancing clients’ health through personalized treatment plans and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities. Assess clients’ physical condition and discuss their health goals to recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions. Document client progress and update treatment plans accordingly. Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations. Uphold all licensing, safety standards, and hygiene protocols in accordance with state regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring a positive experience. Requirements Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state law. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build repeat business. Ability to listen attentively to clients’ concerns and customize treatments accordingly. Prior experience in a professional massage therapy setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
