Registered Dental Assistant - RDA II

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA II) to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental assisting, with a desire to care for patients and connect with the community. Our dental team prioritizes time with patients and great communication skills. Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, orthodontic, and pediatric treatments Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols Take dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary Manage patient records efficiently using practice management software Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment adhering to safety standards Assist with inventory management of dental supplies and materials Skills Proficiency with dental practice management & imaging software: Gold & Cadi Strong understanding of dental assisting techniques and infection control procedures Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with your team and patients Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail & staying organized Certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA II) is required This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills can make a meaningful difference in patients' oral health.
