The Job: Regional Vice President, Operations - Luxury Portfolio.
This role will lead our portfolio of luxury independent properties to include: The Chatham Inn; The Marquesa Hotel; Little Palm Island Resort & Spa; Snake River Sporting Club; and L'Auberge Del Mar. They will ensure operational excellence, brand integrity, and elevated guest experiences across all locations. This role will bring with them a strong expertise in Forbes Travel Guide standards, Relais & Châteaux philosophy, and Michelin Guide criteria, with a focus on cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and hospitality leadership.
This role can be based in the Kirkland/Seattle area or remotely for us around the United States (ideally within Washington, South Carolina, Georgia, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, Virginia or Florida). This role will be required to travel as needed to the properties they oversee.
