Regional Truck Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Regional Truck Driver to join our transportation team. We offer both Owner Operator (with option of lease purchase with no money down) and Company driver positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks across designated routes, ensuring timely delivery of freight, and maintaining compliance with all safety regulations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism to support our company's logistics operations. Duties Operate tractor-trailers with automatic and or manual transmission across regional routes, including flatbeds, Stepdecks,Rgn Open deck trailers. Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently. Deliver freight to multiple locations within the assigned region while adhering to scheduled routes and delivery times. Perform routine inspections of vehicles before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance logs. Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures during route driving to ensure safe transportation of goods. Assist with route planning to optimize delivery efficiency and minimize delays. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during transit. Qualifications Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with experience in tractor-trailer operation. Experience driving a variety of trucks including opendeck trailers is preferred but not neccesary. Demonstrated ability in truck driving and freight delivery within a regional setting. Proficiency in operating flatbeds, stepdecks,rgn opendeck trailers. Prior experience with load & unload operations and route driving preferred. Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and transportation. Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance. Physical ability to load/unload freight and perform vehicle inspections as needed.
