Your Responsibilities Salary: $105,000-$120,000 based on experience The Regional Trade Compliance Manager is responsible for providing trade compliance support, governance, auditing, and business partnership across the Americas region. This role serves as the primary trade compliance contact for regional sourcing, localization, tariff management, and USMCA qualification activities while supporting import and export operations for the Development Center. Working closely with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, and plant-based Trade Compliance personnel, the Regional Trade Compliance Manager ensures regulatory compliance, manages trade-related risk, supports cost recovery strategies, and drives continuous improvement through auditing, reporting, and operational support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide trade compliance oversight and support for Development Center import and export activities, ensuring adherence to customs regulations, free trade agreements, and internal compliance requirements. Support sourcing, localization, and product development initiatives through country-of-origin determinations, regional value content (RVC) calculations, and free trade agreement qualification analysis. Evaluate trade compliance impacts of supplier changes, localization projects, and new sourcing strategies to optimize duty exposure and support compliant supply chain decisions.
