Regional Support Specialist 运营支持专员 (last-mile) - Toronto

Responsibilities： Operational Data Support : Collect, organize, and maintain daily operational data from warehouses, sorting centers, and last-mile delivery sites (on-time rate, delivery exceptions, sorting accuracy, etc.) to support operations and business decisions. Requirements： Bachelor's degree or above , preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations or a related role ; candidates with last-mile delivery experience (station operations, dispatch, courier/express network) are strongly preferred. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI . Basic understanding of logistics/supply chain operational metrics (on-time delivery, exception handling, service levels); experience with WMS/TMS or dispatch systems is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with frontline operations teams and management. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SQL is a plus but not required ; no heavy programming or advanced statistical modeling required. Reporting & Dashboards : Build and maintain KPI reports and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to visualize operational performance for management and frontline teams. Operations Improvement Analysis : Work with site/warehouse/dispatch teams to identify operational bottlenecks and anomalies (delivery delays, mis-sorts, capacity issues), perform root-cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations. Data Accuracy & Management : Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of operational data; maintain data records and troubleshoot data discrepancies with relevant teams. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with warehouse, dispatch, station, and delivery teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Reporting : Prepare regular operation reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and ad-hoc analyses to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
