One position is available in each of the following locations: Los Angeles, California San Francisco Bay Area, California Atlanta, Georgia This is a hands-on operational role focused on ensuring that customer orders, shipments, warehouse activities, and deliveries are coordinated accurately and completed on time. Successful candidates will work closely with customers, suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers, drivers, and internal management to maintain reliable regional operations. The position may be offered at the Coordinator or Senior Coordinator level depending on relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and operational responsibilities. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & Delivery Coordination Track customer orders from confirmation through final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers, drivers, and third-party logistics providers. Monitor inventory availability, shipment status, estimated arrival dates, warehouse receiving, and last-mile delivery. Confirm shipment progress and proactively identify potential delays or fulfillment risks. Coordinate deliveries, warehouse appointments, site visits, inspections, and other regional operational activities. Logistics & Regional Operations Support day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations within the assigned region. Coordinate transportation schedules, warehouse activities, and local service providers. Maintain accurate purchase orders, sales orders, shipment records, inventory data, and delivery confirmations. Address shipment delays, inventory shortages, damaged goods, incorrect deliveries, missing documents, returns, and claims. Escalate operational issues when necessary and follow through until resolution. Support local warehouse, carrier, supplier, and service-provider relationships. Travel locally as needed to support customers, warehouses, suppliers, and operational activities. Customer Communication & Operational Reporting Provide timely and accurate order and shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with regional teams and company leadership to resolve operational issues. Support customer onboarding and ongoing service coordination. Prepare regional operational reports, shipment summaries, and open-item tracking records. Maintain clear documentation of outstanding issues, assigned responsibilities, and follow-up actions. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and customer service.
