Job Description:

We’re looking for a Regional Store Operations Analyst who thrives with making an impact. In this role, you’ll support regional financial and operational budget activities, analyze data, and coordinate key operational tasks to keep our stores running efficiently. You’ll serve as a vital link between the field and multiple Home Office departments, providing insights and feedback that build strategic decisions. What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and review regional and district sales, payroll, and expense reports; analyze trends, track KPIs, and develop actionable recommendations for regional review.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Field Operations and Home Office partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Contribute to an annual regional budget by collecting and reviewing P&L, payroll, and efficiency reports; identify risks, overspending, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead reporting and budget-related requests across multiple departments, serving as the key contact for District Coordinators and partners in Loss Prevention, HR, and Health & Safety.
  • Track COPP initiatives and regional capital projects through completion; interpret monthly expenses, develop recommendations, and provide administrative support for special projects and committees.

About You:

  • Good business analytical skills and the ability to understand and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to aid in effective decision-making
  • College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Retail or Business Management preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills and the ability to optimally connect with all levels in the organization; Quebec/Eastern Region – Bilingualism in English and French required.
  • Demonstrates interpersonal abilities to perform effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, where partnering with others and building strong working relationships are critical
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to implement and handle details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task with limited supervision and sometimes under time pressure
