Regional Sales Manager- Industrial Sales & Distribution

Location: Milwaukee, WI or Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN area Job Type: Full-Time | Remote / Field-Based Compensation: $87,000–$95,000 Base Salary + Commission Travel: Approximately 50% About the Opportunity Inspire Talent is partnering with an established global manufacturer of specialty industrial products to identify a Regional Sales Manager for an established Upper Midwest territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working directly with manufacturers and distributors, and managing a territory with significant long-term growth potential. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an established regional sales territory. Develop relationships with industrial distributors, OEM manufacturers, and end users. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across manufacturing and industrial markets. Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical sales presentations. Support distributor partners through training, relationship development, and joint customer visits. Collaborate with internal technical resources to identify solutions for customer applications. Manage territory activity, forecasting, and sales pipeline development. Balance existing account management with proactive new business development. What We're Looking For Experience in outside B2B sales within manufacturing, industrial distribution, or related markets. Demonstrated success developing customer relationships and generating new business. Exposure to OEM customers, distributors, or industrial end users. Ability to manage an assigned territory independently. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel approximately 50% overnight. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience selling adhesives, specialty chemicals, industrial components, fasteners, or related engineered products is beneficial but not required. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $87,000–$95,000, depending on experience. Additional earnings through a tiered commission structure.
