About the Role This is a full-time regional traveling position with daily face-to-face customer interactions throughout California. Responsibilities Appraise and purchase coins, collections, jewelry, and scrap gold/silver Buy investment-grade bullion (Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Palladium) Educate clients on precious metal pricing and market conditions Provide top-tier customer service in a professional, no-pressure environment Build trust and develop long-term customer relationships Promote company programs and encourage customer reviews Maintain accurate records and customer information Work closely with management and team members to achieve sales and purchasing goals Ideal Backgrounds Coin Dealers / Numismatists Jewelry Buyers Precious Metals Buyers Bullion Sales Representatives Estate Buyers Pawn Industry Professionals Auction Professionals Collectibles Buyers High-Ticket Sales Representatives Investment or Financial Product Sales Professionals Industry experience is preferred; however, strong sales professionals with a proven track record and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
