About the role
Lead regional packaging development and packaging operations activities, including innovation, sustainability, productivity, quality and supply continuity. Deliver packaging solutions from concept to commercialization across manufacturing sites and external partners.
Your responsibilities
• Lead regional packaging development and packaging operations across manufacturing sites and external manufacturing partners.
• Manage packaging innovation, productivity, and business continuity projects.
• Understanding of packaging design and design principles
• Provide technical leadership in packaging design, material selection, validation, and commercialization.
• Drive sustainability initiatives include material reduction, recyclability, and PCR adoption.
• Partner with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver projects.
• Lead trials, line qualifications, and packaging validations.
• Develop cost optimization and efficiency improvement programs.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and support supplier qualifications
• Maintain packaging specifications, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and implement new packaging technologies and innovation opportunities.
• Coach and develop packaging team capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing across the region.
Key Challenges

• Managing multiple projects across different categories and production networks.
• Influencing stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
The experience we're looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, Material Science or related discipline.
• 10+ years' experience in packaging development, packaging operations or technical
• Leadership experience managing projects and/or teams.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and validation methodologies.
