The Regional Operations Manager will oversee multiple warehouse operations, leadership teams, and large workforces across several facilities and states.
Your mission is simple:
Build the most efficient warehouse labor operations in the region.
You will be responsible for:
• Driving productivity across multiple distribution centers
• Managing large hourly and production-based workforces
• Leading building managers, supervisors, and shift leaders
• Solving operational bottlenecks quickly and effectively
• Ensuring Precision delivers elite service to major distribution partners
This role is not passive management.
We are looking for someone who:
• Thrives in fast-paced warehouse environments
• Is comfortable managing 200–600+ workers across multiple buildings
• Can hold supervisors and managers accountable
• Understands container unloading, throughput, and labor efficiency
• Can walk into an operation and quickly identify ways to improve it
This role requires a true operator with strong leadership presence.
Oversee operations across multiple warehouse facilities and distribution centers.
Drive productivity across large labor teams and leadership staff.
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement immediate improvements.
Build and develop strong management teams within each building.
Maintain strong operational partnerships with warehouse leadership and corporate partners.
Monitor operational KPIs including:
• Containers unloaded
• Labor efficiency
• Workforce productivity
• Operational throughput
• Safety compliance
We are seeking a high-level operations leader with experience managing large warehouse operations.
Preferred Experience
• 5–10+ years of warehouse, logistics, or 3PL operations leadership
• Experience managing multiple facilities or large distribution centers
• Experience managing large workforces (200+ employees)
• Experience with container unloading, cross-dock, or high-volume DC operations
• Strong operational problem-solving ability
• Comfortable traveling extensively between facilities
Experience working with companies such as Capstone Logistics, Humano, DHL, Walmart, Target, Amazon, XPO, Ryder, Penske, or major 3PLs is highly valued.
This is a regional leadership role that requires extensive travel.
• Up to 90% travel throughout the year
