Regional Manager, Service Distribution

What to Expect As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in optimizing end-to-end supply chain and distribution operations for service parts and e-commerce across a multi-site region. This position is critical in developing talent, strategically fostering best-in-class customer experience, and delivering operational excellence. You will ensure the seamless flow of materials and finished goods from suppliers, distribution centers, to service centers, collision sites, or mobile repair locations driving quality, efficiency, and optimizing cost in a fast-paced high-volume environment. A successful leader in this role will provide clear vision and direction across the region, foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, while accelerating our cutting-edge processes and technology around fulfillment and logistics.
