The Regional Operations Manager position provides technical support and leadership to center managers within the region; ensures that the highest quality of customer service is provided at all of the delivery systems within the region; provides administrative support in areas of compliance, regulations, policies and procedures. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations and consults with the human resources team and Hopebridge’s clinical team in matters relating to job function.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Works with executive team to develop financial plans for the region.
  • Assists in recruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team of center managers and in providing the equivalent for center managers.
  • Works with center managers in setting operational goals for centers
  • Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to center managers and Regional BCBA.
  • Communicates changes in regulations, policy, and procedures.
  • Coordinates performance appraisals, promotions and terminations within operations job functions.
  • Responsible for region-wide center audits; facilities management of security issues.
  • Conducts meetings with the center managers and regional team.
  • Oversees labor utilization and staff planning in coordination with center managers.
  • Supports and fills in for centers managers during transitions or when a center manager is not available
  • Collaborates and works closely with Regional Team members

Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages Center Managers of region assigned and is responsible for leadership, performance management and hiring Center Managers within their region. They also will support Centers in their Region.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel
Travel is primarily in assigned region during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in regional operations management.
  • 5+ years of direct leadership experience of large teams
  • Must be committed to visiting branch sites within the region. Will attend administrative meetings and, at times, represent the regional staff.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of multi-unit experience preferred
  • Relevant experience in Health Care and or Health related field preferred
  • Relevant training in branch operations management helpful.

Work is performed in an office environment. Work may be stressful at times due to a busy office. Interaction with others is constant and interrupting.
