With over 1 million deliveries annually and a growing national footprint, we’re looking for a field-based operations leader to own the performance of a growing region of our Certified Delivery Partner (CDP) network and the team that supports it. A Quick Snapshot of the Role As a Regional Logistics Network Manager, you will lead a team of Territory Network Managers and oversee a regional network of approximately 15–20 Certified Delivery Partners providing final-mile delivery of large, bulky products. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, service quality, customer satisfaction, safety, and cost performance across the region by developing a high-performing field team, building strong relationships with delivery partners and customers, and leading continuous improvement to uphold CDS standards.
