SUMMARY
The Regional Director of Operations is a strategic member of the Community Veterinary Partners’ leadership team. This position is responsible for providing tactical direction and vision to the CVP family of veterinary hospitals. The Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for 13 to 17 locations. Community Veterinary Partners manages Veterinary Hospitals within the eastern United States. Our hospitals have roots in their local communities with a legacy of strong relationships our clients and their pets

SKILLS MS Office and Prior knowledge of Veterinary Practice Management Software is preferred.
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field is required or an equivalent combination of years education, training and years of experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. A minimum of Eight (8) years of Veterinary Practice/Management experience, preferably with three (3) years or more in multi-location management in a service industry role.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible to recruit, manage and develop the skills of the assigned Practice Managers within assigned region.
