 About the Role

As the Regional Operations Director, you will lead teams and providers to obtain the desired results while ensuring compliance with all organizational, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare, quality assurance, safety, and labor laws. 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide guidance and motivation to clinic leadership and staff to ensure the clinic has a trained and satisfied work team and lead the team in the efficient provision of clinic services that provide quality patient care, high customer satisfaction, and financial profitability. 
  • Focus on the growth of the business while strengthening and retaining existing patient relationships. 
  • Conduct clinical site visits to meet with managers, staff, and leadership. Ensure needs are being met or exceeded. 
  • Review clinic performance and identify inefficiencies or deviations from standards, and provide proper guidance to staff in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Maintain effective communication and business relationships with vendors and providedetailed feedback to leadership. 
  • Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of clinic leadership staff. 
  • Work closely with the manager and training team to coordinate the orientation, training, and integration of new staff members. 
  • Utilize a solid understanding of financial and operational metrics, driving clinical performance to meet or exceed budget expectations. 
  • Work with the Operations Sr. Director to develop clinical financial and performance forecasts and communicate deviations. 
  • Work closely with leadership and marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that are most effective for that region. 
  • Collaborate with the site managers to monitor and optimize PDSA’s across departments, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with regional goals. 
  • Partner with the Compliance and Quality department to ensure that regional operations meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or combined 8 years of higher education and/or work experience in healthcare management.
  • 5+ years of FQHC management experience preferred.
  • Excellent Time Management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical decision-making skills
  • Proactive leader with a positive outlook
