Regional Commodity Manager
LaddersFor our client, we are seeking a Regional Commodity Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead regional commodity strategy across assigned categories, with a strong focus on supplier development, contract negotiations, and market-driven sourcing decisions. The position partners closely with business unit leadership to align supply chain plans with operational needs and growth opportunities. It also requires the ability to build structure, improve execution, and support pricing and supply optimization across a complex manufacturing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,500 – $207,900 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute regional business plans for commodity strategies Apply supply chain expertise across all assigned commodities Build and manage regional commodity infrastructure Monitor and implement supply chain strategies to meet business needs Drive supplier development and contract negotiations Analyze market conditions to optimize supply and pricing Foster relationships with business unit management to identify new opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentations Understanding of technical 2D/3D drawings Experience with structural metal fabrication is a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans Paid time off accruing at 3.07 hours per pay period in the first year 4 weeks of paid parental leave 401(k) retirement plan Employee stock purchase plan 11 company-paid holidays, including 9 fixed holidays and 2 optional floating holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
