Drivers average approximately 2,100 to 2,300 miles while earning between $1,000 and $1,550 during a typical week. The position also includes a $1,000 minimum weekly pay program for qualifying drivers. This provides an additional level of income consistency during weeks when eligible mileage falls below normal expectations. Freight and Weekly Operations Approximately 99 percent of freight is no touch. Loads include both drop and hook assignments and scheduled live load or unload appointments, with very little physical freight handling required. A Class A CDL Truck Driver can expect a regional operating schedule designed to provide productive mileage without requiring multiple weeks away from home. Equipment and Driver Benefits Each Class A CDL Truck Driver operates a 2016 or newer International, Freightliner, or Kenworth tractor. The fleet includes 10 speed manual transmissions, so drivers must be comfortable operating manual equipment.
