Job Description: CDL-A Regional Reefer Driver – Michigan Are you an experienced CDL-A driver looking for consistent miles, weekly home time, and a truck you can call your own? This regional opportunity offers a dependable schedule, strong earning potential, and the freedom of non-forced dispatch. Drivers earn $0.60–$0.65 CPM, based on experience, and typically run 2,700–3,000 miles per week, with weekly earnings averaging approximately $1,620–$1,950. You’ll be home for a minimum of 34 hours each week and can take your assigned truck home. What You’ll Do You’ll primarily operate throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, with occasional runs into New York, New Jersey, and Delaware. Drivers typically complete two trips per week, often heading toward Eastern Pennsylvania or the NY/NJ area. New York City is never required. The schedule is flexible, with drivers departing Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday and running at least two loads per week. This position is designed for drivers who want reliable regional miles without spending weeks away from home. Drivers receive $200 for orientation. When applicable, transportation, rental car, and hotel arrangements may be provided.
