Boost Your Earnings with Our NEW Continuous Run Program
Once you’re on the road, you’ll control your income. TMC drivers earn a percentage of every load they complete through our performance-based pay system. Enjoy being on the road longer? Our Continuous Run Program rewards those who opt to stay out over weekends with an additional percentage on their loads—1% for staying out one weekend, scaling up to a maximum of 3% after three weekends. You will retain this bonus percentage until you return home.
Requirements and Skills:
• Valid Class A CDL (must have a permit for CDL training)
• Minimum age of 23 years
• Military experience may substitute for specific requirements
