Our organic and natural market in Sandpoint, Idaho, has been proudly serving the community for 29 years, and we’re looking for a Chill Stocker to join our team! What You’ll Do As a Chill Team Member , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Chill department runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: General Responsibilities: Supporting the company’s mission and goals within the community. Modeling respectful and harmonious interactions with coworkers and customers. Providing top-notch customer service at every opportunity. Helping maintain a safe environment for customers and staff. Department-Specific Duties: Collaborating with the Chill Manager to create a daily stocking and floor plan. Leading the Monday UNFI order process. Assisting with freight days and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Checking invoices accurately and taking on special projects as assigned by the Chill Manager. Customer Service: Assisting customers with product questions and helping them find the items they need. Handling customer requests, suggestions, and complaints professionally. Taking special orders when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who: Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Can project a friendly, outgoing personality and work well as part of a team. Is well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple demands. Possesses basic math, word processing, and spreadsheet skills. Is physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Why Join Us?
