Reefer Technician - Truck Fleet

Role: Reefer Technician responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration units on trucks, trailers, and shipping containers. Key Duties: Diagnose control board failures, replace compressors, repair evaporator and condenser systems, perform advanced diagnostics, replace sensors and electrical components, analyze refrigeration performance, oversee major repairs, assist with warranty support, and maintain accurate service records. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, 608 certification, EPA certification, valid driver’s license, and 7+ years of relevant experience. Must provide mechanic tools and complete required safety and driving certifications. Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to handle physical demands like lifting up to 75 pounds, working in varying environments, and operating in moderate to high noise levels. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
