Boulder ConnectRole Overview: The Recruitment Sourcing Associate supports the Marine recruitment team by implementing innovative sourcing strategies and building proactive talent pipelines for shipboard positions at all levels. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Develops and executes sourcing methods across channels like social media, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing to attract qualified candidates globally. Maintains talent pools for current and future hiring needs. Stakeholder Collaboration & Market Insights: Works with recruiters and managers to understand hiring needs, identifies sourcing gaps, and partners with universities and industry organizations. Provides market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking. Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conducts initial candidate assessments, using competency-based techniques to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for shipboard roles. Data Management & Analytics: Maintains candidate data in ATS, prepares reports on sourcing effectiveness, and monitors KPIs to optimize recruitment performance. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Promotes employer brand, ensures positive candidate interactions, and represents the company at recruitment events. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in global talent acquisition, with experience in marine, cruising, engineering, or medical sectors. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and proactive talent pooling techniques. Proficiency with ATS, job boards, social media tools, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze sourcing data, generate reports, and work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Knowledge of international recruitment compliance and employment laws.
