Position Summary: We are seeking an organized, motivated, and experienced Recruiter to support our hiring needs, with a primary focus on recruiting qualified candidates for Warehouse and Assembly positions. The Recruiter will work under the direction and supervision of the Office Manager and will be responsible for supporting the recruiting process from candidate sourcing through initial screening, interviews, assessments, and candidate coordination. Responsibilities are included but not limited to: Source and identify qualified candidates for Warehouse and Assembly positions. Review resumes and employment applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, availability, and overall suitability for the position. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide appropriate follow-up. Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual interviews and conduct the pre-employment assessments tests. Present qualified candidates to the Office Manager for further review and consideration. Maintain accurate and organized recruiting records and candidate information. Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned by the Office Manager. Qualifications: Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred, particularly with Warehouse, Assembly, Manufacturing, or similar positions. Strong computer skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Good typing and data-entry skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
