The Recruiter, Talent Acquisition partners with hiring managers and HR teams to support hiring across PetSmart’s Costa Rica office. This role manages full-cycle recruiting while also supporting interview scheduling, candidate onboarding, staffing agencies, vendors, and recruiting operations. The position reports to a US based Talent Acquisition leader and may also provide recruiting coordination and operational support for select US based needs. What You’ll Do Manage the recruiting process from intake and sourcing through interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide guidance throughout the recruiting process. Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates using job boards, search engines, referrals, and other sourcing tools. Maintain accurate candidate and req information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Coordinate interviews, complex interview panels, reschedules, candidate communications, and travel arrangements as needed. Support candidate onboarding activities, including background checks, relocation-related tasks, and new hire documentation. Manage day-to-day coordination with staffing agencies, recruiting vendors, and other external partners. Provide recruiting coordination and scheduling support for select US based roles. Support Talent Acquisition reporting, process improvements, team initiatives, and other operational needs. Provide a professional and welcoming experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. What It Takes to Be Successful Ability to manage multiple searches, complex schedules, competing priorities, and detailed follow-up. Experience coordinating interviews, managing complex calendars, and supporting onboarding activities.
