We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a mixture of exempt and non-exempt level positions within our Operations and Supply Chain functions. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner closely with hiring managers and HR, and play a critical role in ensuring our teams are staffed with top talent. This is a remote, hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with leaders and candidates. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting from initial intake through offer acceptance. Partner directly with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs, key requirements, and hiring priorities. Source qualified candidates through job boards, employee referrals, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives. Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications, availability, and overall position fit. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide interview and selection decisions. Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Deliver a positive, respectful candidate experience throughout every step of the hiring process. Required Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting Operations and Supply Chain business units. Sourcing: Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage talent. Communication: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization. Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Systems: Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
