About the Role The Recruiter II leads full-cycle recruiting for designated business units, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver best-in-class candidate experience. This role supports hiring across all US time zones and reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting for transportation and operations positions, from sourcing and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and close. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research. Assess candidates and provide recommendations based on skills, experience, and organizational fit. Consult leaders on talent market trends, compensation insights, and hiring best practices. Facilitate interviews, debriefs, and hiring decisions to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process. Develop and negotiate competitive offers to secure top talent. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Leverage recruiting metrics and market data to drive continuous improvement. What You'll Need 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting transportation, supply chain and operations functions. Strong expertise in direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and talent pipelining. Ability to influence and consult business leaders throughout the hiring process. Experience evaluating talent, developing offers, and successfully closing candidates. Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Where You'll Work: This is a hybrid-based role that will sit out of our corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, IL. Pay & Benefits: The salary range is $75,000 – 85,000. This role is also eligible for incentive pay. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be motivated by a variety of factors including the candidate’s meaningful experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
