Recruiter - Driver Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to recruit and hire qualified Class A CDL drivers. The ideal candidate has experience in the trucking industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Recruit Class A CDL drivers through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms. Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews. Verify driver qualifications and employment history. Maintain candidate records and follow up with applicants. Coordinate with Safety, HR, and Operations to meet staffing needs. Meet recruiting goals and fill open positions in a timely manner. Requirements Previous recruiting experience, preferably in the trucking industry. Knowledge of Class A CDL driver qualifications. Experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or applicant tracking systems preferred. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
