Position Responsibilities Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our growing warehouse operation, from entry-level roles to leadership, high-level roles. Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates through job boards, social media and networking relationships. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop recruitment plans and build pipelines for critical roles. Deliver a legendary candidate experience throughout the interview process that reflects Uline’s culture and values. Expand Uline’s talent network by building relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience. Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment required. Ability to travel to local job fairs, recruitment events and field locations. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates and partners at all levels.
