Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiver to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The Receiver will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory control. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a team environment while also being able to do tasks individually Duties Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring all items match purchase orders. Operate pallet jacks and reach trucks to move products within the warehouse safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Rotate and monitor all perishable items. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve order fulfillment processes. Conduct basic math calculations to verify quantities and manage inventory effectively. Requirements Previous experience in a grocery warehouse setting is preferred. Ability to operate pallet jacks and reach trucks safely; certification may be required. Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 80 pounds. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Basic math skills for inventory management tasks. Ability to lift heavy items as needed and stand for extended periods during shifts.
