About the Role As a Receptionist and Shipping Coordinator at Earth Compounding Pharmacy , you keep our patients connected to their medications from the first phone call to the moment their order arrives. This role has two core functions: Patient Care and Sales: answer and make patient calls, process prescriptions accurately, and offer patients the options that best serve their health and budget, including multi-month supply options when product expiration allows Shipping and Fulfillment: package orders accurately, verify every address, prepare pickups, and make sure every order leaves on time If you take pride in doing things right the first time, enjoy helping people, and want to grow within a company that rewards results, we want to hear from you. What You Will Do Answer and make phone calls with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care for the patient Process prescriptions accurately, verifying addresses, quantities, expiration dates, and supply options before every order Offer specials and multi-month supply options when product expiration allows Package and ship orders accurately and on time, double-checking every address before it leaves Prepare pickup orders so they are ready when patients arrive Receive and log incoming deliveries and supplies Take ownership of errors, correct them immediately, and apply the lesson going forward What We Are Looking For Strong communication skills and a willingness to pick up the phone and engage Exceptional attention to detail; mistakes in a pharmacy setting have real consequences for patients Comfort with basic math, such as calculating day supplies and quantities A sales mindset; you are comfortable offering options and guiding patients toward the best choice Consistent work history, especially in high-volume food service, retail, or customer service; lead, supervisor, or manager experience is a plus Accountability; you take correction well and do not repeat the same mistake twice Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic A drive to learn, produce, and grow within one company over the l…
