Job Summary
You will work directly alongside our store lead, Sam, and three experienced stock specialists who love training new team members. This part-time position offers 15 to 20 hours weekly with flexible morning or evening shifts that easily fit around college classes or a second job. You will serve as Part-Time On-Site, delivering the signature Detail-Oriented Team Player that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the inventory control management.
Comprehensive Responsibilities
• Cycle Counting: Conduct daily cycle counts using Zebra handheld scanners to verify stock accuracy across 500 distinct SKUs with 99% precision.
• Stock Audit Logging: Reconcile weekly shipment discrepancies in RF Smart ERP software, processing up to 150 inventory adjustments per shift accurately.
• Floor Replenishment: Restock backroom items to sales floor shelves, placing 200 units per hour while keeping aisles clean and accessible.
• Damage & Return Processing: Inspect and log 30 incoming customer returns daily in our inventory database to categorize sellable versus damaged merchandise.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months of experience in retail, stockroom operations, or inventory tracking.

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating closely with a supportive store team.
