Receiving/warehouse associate

Overview Join our warehouse team as a Receiving/Warehouse Associate and keep products moving accurately from arrival through storage and order fulfillment. You’ll support daily warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and warehouse distribution while helping deliver reliable service to customers and internal teams. Your impact: Accurate receiving and inventory handling help teams locate products quickly and fulfill customer orders correctly. Duties Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments; load and unload goods and report discrepancies. Enter shipment and inventory data into a warehouse management system, inventory management software, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; Microsoft Office, AS400, or material requirements planning (MRP) tools may also be used. Stock and organize products, maintain inventory records, and support order picking, picking and packing, packaging, and order fulfillment. Prepare outgoing shipments and follow shipping logistics, trade compliance, and international trade regulations as applicable. Use equipment such as a forklift, order picker, or pallet jack when authorized; provide responsive customer service and coordinate with logistics partners. Requirements Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and clear communication. Ability to perform warehouse operations tasks, including handling, stocking, packaging, and moving products safely. Warehouse experience and familiarity with inventory management, shipping and receiving, or order fulfillment are preferred. Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel is required. Forklift, order picker, or pallet jack experience is preferred; operate equipment only with required authorization. Pay: $16.90 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Work Location: In person
