Coordinate daily receiving activities and work assignments based on incoming deliveries and operational priorities. Provide work direction and support to Receiving Team Members. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to unload, move, and stage incoming materials. Coordinate unloading and staging of incoming materials. Verify incoming materials against receiving documentation. Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and other material information. Complete and verify receiving and inventory transactions in the system. Ensure materials are properly identified and moved to the appropriate staging or storage location. Identify discrepancies involving quantities, materials, labels, documentation, damage, or system records. Communicate receiving discrepancies and unresolved issues to the appropriate Supervisor or department. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, and other departments as needed. Support inventory counts, reconciliation, and material verification activities. Support training of Receiving Team Members on established processes and procedures. Maintain organization of receiving, staging, and storage areas. Ensure established safety, material handling, and departmental procedures are followed. Perform receiving and material handling duties as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. What are your qualifications? Forklift operation and safe material handling practices. Receiving and material flow processes. Receiving documentation and inventory control practices. Receiving and inventory system transactions. Ability to accurately complete and verify transaction bookings. Ability to verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and receiving documentation. Ability to coordinate daily work activities and priorities. Ability to provide work direction and support to team members. Ability to identify and resolve routine receiving and inventory discrepancies Basic computer skills. Effective communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
