Life at Starwood Hotels is based on a simple idea: the world is beautiful and we want to keep it that way. But we can’t do it alone. That’s why hiring thoughtful and inspiring Team Members and Leaders who understand that our people, collaboration, stellar service, and respect for nature are so important to us. Behind every exceptional guest experience is a team dedicated to ensuring our operations run seamlessly. At Starwood Hotels, we understand that attention to detail, organization, and teamwork are essential to delivering the elevated service our guests expect. We’re currently in search of a Receiving Supervisor, Pool Linen who shares these values and will oversee the receiving, tracking, and coordination of pool linen inventory. We’re looking for someone who thrives on organization, maintains accurate records, builds strong vendor relationships, and ensures our teams have the supplies they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Someone who anticipates challenges, finds solutions, and isn't afraid to get hands-on to keep operations running smoothly. Sound like you? We’d love to connect. About you... A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, linen operations, or a similar hospitality role. Experience receiving, inspecting, counting, and tracking linen deliveries to ensure accurate inventory levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining inventory spreadsheets, tracking linen counts, and reconciling discrepancies. Ability to coordinate with linen vendors regarding deliveries, shortages, discrepancies, and inventory needs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reporting. Ability to monitor linen usage, maintain appropriate stock levels, and communicate inventory needs to management. A hands-on, proactive approach to daily operations, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Pool Operations and other departments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous supervisory experience and a post-secondary diploma or degree are a plus. Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour hospitality operation. About us...
